"Schlechtes Management."

Die Lage im Grünen.

Der Kundenservice der Managerin, schlechtes Beschwerde-Management. Direkte Zimmernachbarn haben entgegen Rauchverbot alles zu gequalmt (im gemeinsamen Vorraum und vor dem Fenster zum idyllischen Wald). Auf Ansprache weigerte sich die Managerin irgendetwas zu unternehmen. Bei Wunsch nach Reiserücktritt hat sie dies verweigert und die volle Bezahlung einbehalten. Sicher werde ich nicht mehr dort nächtigen.
