- Nice staff. - Good breakfast - it was relaxing to go into the springs filled pool early morning or later in the day (too hot during the day)

- The bungalows retain heat from the sun so it feels like a hot oven during the day (a fan exists but is not enough). - Since the water comes from the springs, the sink and shower water are also hot, so it’s impossible to refresh oneself when the weather’s hot outside. - Apparently a common problem in the area, but the flies make it unbearable to stay outside, especially when we wanted to eat outside. - No mosquito net on the bed or covering the windows - The location is a bit far away from the city center with no available grabs or gojeks, so enjoying the area is complicated.

Te weinig in de buurt, qua winkels en restaurants.

Great staff. Great place to go for the hike and they took care of everything we needed. Guide, taxi, food… Good location close to Warungs. Nice warm pool (especially after the hike to mt. Batur)

This was my third stay, and it was by far the best yet! This time I stayed in a different room with AC, a private hot springs pool, and a beautiful rooftop terrace — such a treat. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. As always, the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel completely at home. Their hospitality is what keeps me coming back. The combination of comfort, peaceful surroundings, and the chance to relax in my own hot spring pool made this stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back again!

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente e personale gentile, simpatico e disponibile. Colazione molto buona e grande disponibilità nell’organizzare taxi e trekking sul Batur. Bellissima esperienza.

Unica pecca: la notte si sentono i numerosi motorini sulla strada.

Posto splendido, un'oasi di pace con piscina riscaldata e fiori. Camera pulita. Posizione strategica e comoda per iniziare il trekking. I gestori ci hanno consentito di rimanere una notte in più senza alcun problema siccome avevamo deciso di goderci il panorama e la vasca di acqua calda. Lì attorno ci sono dei ristoranti niente male. La colazione è soddisfacente.

Un gruppo di ragazzi ubriachi ha urlato fino alle 2 di notte, so che la maleducazione delle persone non è colpa dei gestori ma qualcuno sarebbe dovuto andare a dirgli qualcosa. Senza un mezzo autonomo è abbastanza scomodo muoversi nella zona. Ci sono veramente tante mosche (non nella struttura, proprio in tutto il Kintamani, bisogna essere preparati psicologicamente)
