The place was clean and looked great. Location good, just a few meters from the beach....a street behind. The staff were welcoming and very helpful

I tried to pay as soon as I arrived but no information was given. Around 2100 a lady who identified herself as the owner arrived, I gave her positive feedback about the place and asked how I paid. It was at this time that she said we had been undercharged by booking.com and was trying to literally quadruple the price. This was really shocking, we argued for a while and I think she thought we might have no choice but to pay her, however we did have somewhere else to go and left with our luggage at 21:Hours, having been there since 16:00. I had spoken to her on the phone the day before and she had confirmed that I had booked a 4 bedroom apartment, but she was now saying the price was just for 1 room for 4 adults. In all fairness, the place is nice and clean and the rooms big but the conduct of the proprietor was dispecable.

I booked a studio but they gave one room, it was just opposite what they claim and most importantly it's not on the beach front. They gave my booked room to someone, so I didn't opt and left immediately. Moreover all other bookings I made from Booking.com were just 😞

No comment everything was great. The room was very clean and a very safe place. Great customer service. Mr Siyaka was very nice. I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.
