Outstanding. the hosts Juan and mata (i get her name wrong sorry). they greeted me as i drove up to the house. they escorted me for a grand tour of their amazing house and gardens. the art and decor and arrangements are museum quality. the bedroom was the best i have experienced for any BandB. The bef was so comfortable that i slept 10 hours. Will definitely put this one on my must return list.

i liked everything. if i have anything to fault it would only be that mosquitos in the garden are nasty. i am bug-a-phobic. Juan provided spray !

Amazing house, garden and room. Manages to be both homely and spectacular. Juan and his wife couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful with our onward travel plans. Superb breakfast on the beautiful verandah, surrounded by lush, green planting. Loved it.

It's out of town, so not convenient if you want proper nightlife. A bit limited for eating, although our hosts pointed us to a nearby taco place that was fine.

The house owners made it pleasant.

The house is cramped, little space to even put a mug of coffee. My bedroom never had hot water, NOT a single hanger, since there is not a space for clothes. it was a pity to pay for that. Feels like you are at a museum of everything.

Juan and his wife are such incredible hosts. They were incredibly attentive, always wanting to ensure that our comfort was taken care of. Our first night was quiet. My significant other and I wanted to go into downtown and Juan insisted on driving as he had availability. He also took our clothes to get laundered. We paid 100 pesos for that which is such an incredible price! The food was spectacular. We left every day with our bellies full. We ate out in the garden which was also lovely. We had the Jacaranda room which had a balcony out to the garden and pool area. We loved it and spent some time outside. There are photos of this, minus the pillows that had been brought in because it had rained. One night we wanted to swim so we asked when the pool closed. We learned that at 8 p.m. Although it was almost an hour later, Juan was so gracious and got us towels and connected the Christmas tree and lights so we could see all the lovely decorations as we swam. It was chilly but after a very warm day, it was quite welcome. There are lounge chairs around the pool area. Our room was cleaned regularly. The level of attentiveness of our hosts cannot be matched. Juan's wife actually reads Tarot cards. We did not have time to do that this visit but next time. Juan had wonderful recommendations about where to eat and things to do in Cuernavaca. We were very impressed and hope to return again in the near future!!

It's difficult to say something we didn't like since we really enjoyed our stay. The only slight inconvenience is that this is in a gated community so Uber and taxis have to get through the gate. Juan is incredibly responsive to calls from the guard if you keep him informed that you called someone. He also provides language to give the Uber so that they can know where the entrance is. But honestly, it makes this location safer so you can't really complain.
