Metsing at Harties

The Internet was fast,rooms were clean, breakfast was on time, and the shops were not that far.

The towels were not changed daily

Cold water from the shower

Loved the views, beautiful place.

"The shower's warm water temperature was inconsistent and needs balancing. The warm water pressure also needs attention. Staff hospitality training could be improved to ensure a warmer welcome. The rooms had a noticeable paint smell. Neighbour had attitude towards us

Location and security is good

Was in the same room last year . Issues with shower last year. Issues with shower again this year. The heating system stops working mid shower. Or refuses to heat up at all before the shower . After a grueling 50km marathon coming home to a shower that doesn’t work was terrible . They fixed it after a few hours of waiting . The switches by the bed side do not work. Nowhere to charge gadgets on this room. Same problem last year same issues a year later . Last room up the stairs , on the further right side from the stair case .

Breakfast was brought cold. Location is nice

Staff, first day couldn’t sleep they didn’t plug the aircon it was hot, 2nd day remote wasn’t working and they didn’t fixit till we went to enquire again, day of check out Wi-Fi wasn’t working till we left

I loved the view and atmosphere. The breakfast on the first morning was amazing 🥰😍 and the pool was clean, I loved that it is surrounded by nature🙈☺️and I had a lovely time with the other guests. And the staff was welcoming🤗

The breakfast on the second morning was not so good and cold. The room is nice. however, there should be improvement like the fridge was small and the table and they can have microwaves in the rooms other than having one in the braai area which is far as well as the braai area can be improved like putting chairs.
