We had a lovely stay, location is great, beautiful lake view. The staff was friendly and well balanced breakfast.

The place could do with a refurbish, furniture, aircons ..etc

The price was affordable..included breakfast Friendly staff..

The stairs..I wish there was a mention of stairs when booking so one can make a choice.. The drive through the slopes to the premise was a bit tricky...

The breakfast was so good considering the price paid for accommodation and breakfast. Location was very good, only concern might be getting there if you don't have a proper car

If there are no guests, chairs should be left in the room. Had a very unpleasant experience of sitting on wet chairs. We tried putting towels, but this also soaked through. Staff left it out when it was raining. Also, we were not given wifi password when it was requested from owner via whatsapp

The breakfast was great. The location was good and the views fantastic.

Metsing did not informed about an entry and exit code at the main gate for Kosmos, where Metsing at Harties is located. Therefore the security guards at the main Kosmos gate were very hostile and argumentative when we tried to exit the area the next morning. When we arrived at the main gate at Kosmos the security guard on duty opened the gate for us without a code etcetera. This was not communicated via email or WhatsApp when we initially booked our accommodation.
