"Room preparation seemed rushed and incomplete - we expected better"

Air conditioning wasn’t working - we arrived on 37 degree day. Host was not upfront about informing us that air conditioning wasn’t working Beds did not have mattress protectors and did not have clean feel to pillows etc On checkout host informed us we needed to pay cash- we explained we didn’t have cash and he suggested we do a wire transfer..
