"Unexpected cleanliness issues"

With the property being a studio apartment, there are no walls separating the sleeping, living & kitchen area, gives the place a cozy feeling. Also, there are 2 A/C units, so it's easy to cool the place.

There were oil stains on the floor upon entering the place, which we had to clean ourselves. Also, we had to hang the bedsheets in the sun as they were itchy, might be due to poor cleanliness or too much detergent. Given the place has a lot of good reviews, it's quite unexpected for us to encounter these issues.
