location is superb. we can just walk to the jetty. downstairs got coffee shop, laundry and convenience shop — convenient for family travellers like me. the host is also nice and responsive.
have to wait a bit for hot water to come out (hot water from the machine for drink) but its ok. good for family who have curious kid like me— helps deter them away. the building is still new (swimming pool still in renovation so it cannot be used at the moment).

The room has a nice view of the sea, and the apartment has a nice view from the rooftop and can be viewed from all sides. The location is approximately 100 meters from the Jesselton Jetty Point for Island Hopping, and the parking is plentiful and free. The room is clean, and the mattresses are very comfy. There was one self-service laundry on the ground floor, and it was always full. WiFi is good, and the TV is also good. The owner responds very fast to my questions and is very helpful.
Perhaps the cleaner forgot to top up the shampoo and shower gel since it is not sufficient for our 3 day stay for 6 people.
