The location is near town. It is the ony thing I liked about the plave

Communication was not polite. The rooms did not smell fresh. There was no electric blanket , it was cold. The TV was not working. There was no WiFi

I like the TV with Netflix and other screaming platforms.

Cleanliness, my room was not cleaned and when it was the sheets were never changed for 4 nights. The pool was never cleaned so we never got to swim. I was not sent the login details to access the place nor the navigation of facilities, I had to call the management for everything. I had to text them every time I needed something because there was no prior communication of how to access the place, how to use facilities and the rules applicable there.
