Everything about this place is excellent the rooms are great the beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The food and presentation is exceptional. The pool is really nice and everything is spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this place.

Die Anlage ist sehr sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Der Strand ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, wenn es darum ging Aktivitäten zu organisieren/zu buchen.

The grounds are lovely. It’s quiet and there are good restaurants nearby and onsite. The pool is nice and we loved the room. The bathroom is a bit like glamping. The snorkeling nearby was also lovely. Would return to this more remote hotel.

The toilet was older.

"Slice of paradise in Pemuteran"

Location is great being so close to the beach and many restaurants. Resort felt very safe and the staff were super friendly.

Arranged pick up from the airport and checked 3 weeks before coming that it was arranged and confirmed it was, to find out on the day we arrived in Denpasar that no one was there to pick us up. Slightly frustrating but able to arrange something with a taxi at the airport for a slightly higher fee.
