Ένας εξαιρετικός ξενώνας με πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια και πολύ καλό πρωινό που καλύπτει τα περισσότερα γούστα. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική για όλα τα αξιοθέατα της περιοχής. Το σημαντικότερο είναι η Μελίνα, η ξενοδόχος, που ξέρει την περιοχή και όλες τις τοπικές επιχειρήσεις απ'εξω κι ανακατωτά. Μας ενημέρωσε για τα πάντα, βοήθησε να κλείσουμε δραστηριότητες και να βρούμε ότι τοπικά προϊόντα ψάχναμε. Συγχαρητήρια, σπάνια βρίσκεις τόσο καλούς επαγγελματίες.

C'etait parfait. Nikos est aussi un très bon guide sur les sorties en bateau sur le lac. Les petits-déjeuners étions offerts. Bonne surprise. La chambre est tres confortable et grande. Tous les informations nécessaires sont fournis. Si vous cherchez de voir des oiseaux c'est un endroit de rêves. Nous reccomandons cette adresse.

Very cosy and comfortable. The hosts, Nikos and Melina, are extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great stay!

Used this as my base for birding around Lake Kerkini. The rooms are nice, but on the small size, rather homey. Many free amenities were provided, including very good free WiFi and parking. Breakfast is coffee and pastries. The owners were polite and organised a boat trip for me with some other guests. The cafe next door was really stand out; loved going there for a glass of wine and buffalo gelato!

I think there was a balcony but I could not figure out how to open the safety screen, so was unable to use it. The shower was very small; I sometimes ended up with a bit of flooding. As mentioned the hosts/owners were very polite and helpful when directly asked. I had decided on this hotel as it was recommended on a Greek birding blog. I had expected the lever would be very excited to talk about birding and provide local recommendations for different spots, but that was not my experience.

Ο κ.Νίκος και η κ.Μελίνα είναι φιλόξενοι και ευχάριστοι! Μας εξυπηρέτησαν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε (βαρκάδα, ιππασία, εστιατόρια, τοποθεσίες αναψυχής). Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό 10/10! Το δωμάτιο με το τζάκι υπέροχο για ζευγάρια! Πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία του ξενώνα.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, φιλικοτατο προσωπικό, καθαρό δωμάτιο, όμορφες οι δραστηριότητες στην λίμνη που συνδιοργανώνει το κατάλυμα.

Πολλές μύγες στο δωμάτιο και κουνούπια το βράδυ. Πιστεύω ότι μια σίτα στις μπαλκονόπορτες θα ήταν χρήσιμη.

Great location for exploring Kerkini Lake. We were upgraded to a larger room with a lovely balcony overlooking the lively central square with its delightful tavernas and cafes. Room very comfortable in a homely way and Melina made us feel welcome. We came to go birding on the lake and Nikos organised an early morning boat trip for us with a knowledgeable guide which could not have been better. Happy to recommend.
