Charming, comfortable, perfect location.

Very poor check in process that (for me) required an international telephone call to receive oral check in instructions over a terrible voice connection. All of the instructions could have easily been provided in writing and in advance via email, WhatsApp, or on the Booking site as almost every other B&B does. Very inefficient and frustrating.
