The location was excellent, right inside the castle

The check in is very inconvenient, you need to go to either a restaurant in town or another one on the way there to pick up the key. They give you the option based on what time you check in. The room smells like mold - bathroom isn't ventilated properly. They have two twin mattresses to make a biggier one and they only have one pillow per person , thin and hard like a rock. At night it gets very cold. They only have an old electric unit for heating ... We complained about the cold and asked to provide us with an additional heater or something and we got ghosted. Don't go there. If you can stay at the actual hotel inside the castle, they will even give you the parking pass to enter

Location is fabulous and a beautiful room

Please set up a kettle etc in the beautiful sitting room. We were walking the Via (as many are who stay here) and left early In the morning. No cafes are open and would really have appreciated availability of kettle etc for early morning. A simple add on that works make a huge difference.,

Location was great. Love the overall vibe of the place. Inside the room and the common area had good charm, so did the surrounding area.

We had to keep the bathroom fan on constantly to make sure there is no smell coming out of the bathroom or drain.

Camera rustica stile medioevale stupenda. Soffitto a travi bellissimo. Un salto indietro nel tempo
