Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο της χώρας της Μυκόνου δίπλα σε club και εμπορικά μαγαζιά .

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μικρό και η πρόσβαση λίγο στενή από σκαλιά απότομα. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο
