Zurabashvili Guest House

Very nice place - especially the terrace is amazing. We were lucky to have the place almost to ourselves, so we could use the living room and watch movies without disturbing anyone. Good kitchen. And lots of cute cats in the streets around the house. :)

The view from the balcony is amazing. Anna and her family were lovely and very hospitable. The location is perfect to get into the town. Anna's husband took us on a tour to see sights and wineries and we really enjoyed it.

The shower tray is cracked and the bathroom is a bit cold. We were offered breakfast for 25GEL which we felt like was a bit too much.

Guesthouse has only 3 rooms, of which we occupied 2. It was very cozy inside with big couch and a kitchen, it is renovated and modern. Floors were clean and it was nice to walk barefoot. The rooms are big, beds are big, mattresses are rather soft, wardrobes are new and very spacious. One room has a view over the valley. You can buy their table wine as well. And you can get breakfast with the beautiful view.

The surroundings don't look nice at all, but once you step inside, it's a totally different feeling. The shower drains into the middle of the bathroom, so the floors become wet, and there's some mold in the shower. Otherwise it was very clean, no bad smells.

Lovely host, very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast (although not included in price).

My room was in the centre of the living space with no external windows, only windows into the living area. This meant I had no natural light but had to keep curtains drawn for privacy from living area.. Other guests using common facilities late into the evening made it noisy in my room, and with a glass door light came into my room all night. If you were there with a group and could have all 3 rooms then fine, but not ideal as a solo traveler unless you had the front or back room. Only the back room had views.

The property location is great. The host is nice and speaks English. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The place is clean, neat and quiet.

We missed hot water. The breakfast "offered" by the host was of very good quality, however it was totally overpriced and the price was not communicated to us upfront (90 GEL!!!). This totally took us by surprise especially food being not very expensive at all around the place.
