The housekeeper cleans every day. Once a day, there is no place you can't go, such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It's very clean.

The male owner is from Signage here and the female owner is from Abkhazia. I felt bad for the lady owner to care too much about cleanliness and just work like a housekeeper. The communal bathroom is cold because there is no heating. The fireplace is 10 rari for 2 hours, 5 rari for laundry, and 20 rari for breakfast, which is a little expensive when combined with the room price. It's quite a distance to the Mashurka stop, but they don't pick you up. It's kind of a commercial feeling. If you want a friendly B&B, I recommend another option.

it was a very clean and cosy place to stay, Anna and her daughter were so nice, She was trying hard to make sure her guest have a great stay, we had a great breakfast also made by her on balcony and the price was also so low, view was spectacular

only issue maybe for so people be the shared toilet and shower
