"Cosy and quiet"

A delightful stay. Very cute and cosy. Well equipped. I appreciated the fresh milk and other breakfast/snacks. I was visiting Oulton Park Circuit, this was a great location.

I did find the property difficult to find. I use Waze and the postcode took me to the incorrect location.

"Beautiful well maintained property."

Warm and cosy in beautiful surroundings. Just right for 2 people .

People need to aware of the steep steps up to the property which is above the owners car port. Quite a small shower room..you would struggle if you were tall or big.

Amazing little space, lovely and clean and cosy. Loved the little details like fresh milk, biscuits, breakfast bits and nice bathroom products. Would really recommend!

Fabulous property, very well presented and very homely, lovely warm atmosphere, we only stayed for one night as we were joining friends at a wedding closing by, but would love to have stayed longer. David the host was really nice and a pleasure to talk to. Would definitely recommend & hopefully return in the future.

"Country Charm - a relaing and luxurious break"

A beautiful location in the heart of trees and fields. The Barn is exquisitely designed and furnished. A perfect stay for us attending a wedding at Pecforton Castle. Plenty of close by facilities and country charm

"Excellent accommodation"

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and fridge.

Parking area only suitable for small car. Catered for 2 guests, no quilt or pillows for sofa bed but used blankets and spare pillows from bed so didn't trouble the owner. Snacks and drinks very welcome but catered for 2, just shared, didn't affect our stay. Difficult to find.
