住宿位置很適合走逛勝利新村。這一區雖然已經翻新，但還是有老眷村的文教區，新舊融合感。位置接近巷弄內，晚上很安靜。鄰居應該也都很早睡。但我的體驗感，一路被隔壁也是入住在這的房客，聊天的聲響一路吵到凌晨一點。我想他們可能都不知道隔壁聽的多清楚。😭耳塞都塞不住啊。總之，工作人員很親切，老房子性價比，算不錯了~

"感恩室友們都很安靜，兩晚都睡得很好"

工作人員都很親切 晚上如果別間的室友們也都不太吵，這區夜間真的非常安靜 位置很方便

原本以為是三合院類的老房，結果到了才發現是鐵皮屋的老房🤣但房間打掃得很乾淨，被子甚至有太陽的香味

公共區域的狀態，以及地點幽靜。

不確定是否每一間都是，但我住的房型壁癌很嚴重，然後剛好房間的門不是在大門裡面，外人會可以直接到我房間，這讓我晚上會有點沒安全感。
