The place to stay if you visit Pietrapertosa. Great location, very confortable, easy checkin and out, parking option, nice breakfast at the cosy bar nearby, and the owner is great, proving us with all information in a couple of messages.

"A can't miss place to stay"

Perfect location - in a vineyard - and a new (as of 2024) structure with all modern conveniences. This place is truly a great find, I know that once word gets out, it will be difficult to book!

Nothing to dislike! Located near many things to do in the surrounding area, and the owners are amazing people as well. I wish we could have stayed longer.

"Luxury accomodation and a brilliant host - oh my God…. the view from the terrace is sensational."

EVERYTHING - this is the best accomodation we have had so far in Italy. The location for a drink on the terrace at night is sensational.

We loved everything - this place and the host cannot be faulted.

This place is a gem. Well located at the edge of Pietraterposa, with an amazing view. Because it was relatively empty when we were there, we were provided with a room upgrade, which was quite large and modern. The view from our room was spectacular, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

There’s nothing this property can do about it but the neighbors down the hill were quite loud. They were partying throughout the early morning hours. However, once we shut our windows and turned on the a/c, it successfully blocked out all sound.

"Lovely place to stay."

Large room with kitchen. Plenty of room for 4. Lovely view of valley and mountains. You can hear thru bells on the sheep in the valley.

Very very small irritation. Coffee tea sugar etc all provided but no milk.

Everything. Francesco was more than obliging and had a beautiful apartment well appointed with every convenience. He went out of his way to make for a wonderful stay.

There wasn’t anything to NOT like.
