Reception people were very nice nice They treated us very nice Their building uniquekindness

The place did not have water on the 1st day. I slept without water and I did not bath

No mirror in the bathroom No big towels The road to the place is very bad, the road edge is too high, it’s almost impossible to get onto that road

When we went to get something to eat because it is a self catering lodge we came back found our room clean we had left money in my bag and it was not closed all our belongings were still there, they brought new towels for us and new toilet papers. It was clean and I wasn’t expecting that

Only if it’s close to the road but it’s not that far but for someone who is lazy like me i dont like walking but atleast they allow Ubers to come get us in the yard so a win is a win

The staff are very friendly and understanding of issues and assist timeously and efficiently. The electric blanket was a blessing with that cold weather we experienced. There's great parking and you feel safe and at ease in the space.

That there's no master key for the staff to clean rooms, so we're forced to leave the keys when leaving especially in the mornings. No gate remote keys either.

It was my second time at the guest house and this time I stayed for 2 nights. Very welcoming, lovely look and feel, beautiful rooms and very very clean.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no bottled water offered to us. If they can have one bottled water per person per night (meaning 4 bottles of 500ml of water for 2 people for 2 nights)
