We had a clean, comfortable room in this lovely guest house. Excellent breakfast set us up for the day. Private off-street parking was a bonus. Hosts were charming and helpful with advice on local beaches and nature reserves.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, either continental or full English. Location was excellent, near town centre and within sight of the bus station (which we used several times). Parking off- road and convenient. Proprietors very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Overall of a high standard and well deserves it's high rating.

The fact that we were at the top of the house up two flights of stairs did not bother us but would not have suited persons suffering from any mobility problems but the proprietors would have placed them downstairs anyway.
