An amazing guest house. I liked everything. But let me start from the beginning. Everything is furnished and decorated with excellent taste. Every detail has been thought out, and you want to explore every corner. Comfortable beds, very clean, extra towels for the beach and thermal baths. But that's not the main thing. The main thing is the atmosphere created by Antonio and Lino and their adorable animals. Every morning they prepared a delicious breakfast with homemade pastries and pies, fruit, and delicious Portuguese coffee. And after breakfast, Antonio would draw up a plan for the day for us, better than any guidebook. In the evenings, in the cozy living room, we drank tea (or brandy :-) ) together and shared stories. We felt as if we had come to visit our closest friends. Thank you so much, Antonio and Lino.

Antonio et Nino sont des personnes accueillants, très agréables. Un confort dans une maison typique de Ponta Delgada, un petit déjeuner extra fait maison et bien copieux. Antonio nous a donné un plan de la ville avec les explications des visites aux Acores.

Antonio & Lino are charming & exceptional hosts who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and part of the family. Antonio was incredibly helpful by recommending places to visit around the island and the breakfasts prepared each morning were amazing & delicious! The location is also ideal and within a short walking distance of the shops and access to main highways.

La ubicación es perfecta y con un parking gratis cerca. La habitación muy amplia y muy limpio todo. Los desayunos son espectaculares, estuvimos siete días y cada día era diferente. Antonio y Lino te hacen muy agradable la estancia y te ayudan con las rutas a realizar cada día. Muy recomendable este alojamiento.

Good location in the city, the parking, shopping Center, historic centre are within walking distance. Even the airport can be accessed by foot. The owners are friendly and very knowledgeable - each day planning the route with us to get the best views and possibilities of the sights. Breakfast is the separate item to mention - variety of food from local cuisine.

Nos gustó su calidez, el orden, la limpieza y la amabilidad de Antonio, Lino y Aria 🐶. Desayunos increíbles, caseros y deliciosos.

Os nossos anfitriões foram inexcedíveis. Ajudaram-nos a programar os nossos dias com as suas preciosas dicas de conhecedores locais. O pequeno almoço, único ! Quantidade, qualidade e originalidade... Aproveitamos sempre este momento matinal para em conjunto com o António programar a nossa saída diária e conhecer um pouco melhor a comunidade local, hábitos e modos de vida.

Antonio y Lino son unod anfitriones magníficos que nos ayudaron y facilitaron mucha información. El desayuno es excepcional.

Wauw! Boven alle verwachtingen. Een prima kamer, heerlijke bedden. Niet groot en je eigen badkamer op de gang. Alles was goed maar dan komen António en Lino in beeld en dat maakt het perfect. Wat een lieve gastvrije host. Ontbijt hebben wij nog nergens zo gezien. Heerlijk en met zo veel liefde en aandacht. Hebben jullie zonnebrand? Staat in de badkamer. Regenjas of paraplu vergeten, geen probleem. Boottocht zeeziekpilletjes nodig.. en zo kan ik wel doorgaan. En dan alle tips die je verblijf nog eens extra waardevol maken. Echt waanzinnig!

3 nachten was te kort

The owners were very kind and helpful: we left the room early in the morning and they left us a take-away breakfast (very plentiful!) the night before. Breakfast is freshly prepared by the owners and is authentic. The house is tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail.
