The facility is serviceable and charming in a great location with dedicated parking. The air conditioning worked good.

I was charged higher than I expected because we'd be occupying a unit with air conditioning. After thinking about it this stay ended up being a false economy. For what I paid I would have considered other options. If you consider staying here be on guard for pricing shenanigans.

It is very close to the beach The owner was super accommodating and helpful with suggestions. There is a small kitchen that was completely suitable for making easy meals, which was helpful because a lot of the restaurants nearby are very expensive.

We stayed in the cheapest room so it was very small, but it was exactly what it looked like in the pictures and felt very sufficient for what we paid for.

very old , toilet don’t flush well , and no pressure for shower.

I like the familiarity of the owner make you feel home

I came there having a reservation, guy told me he doesn’t have a room, and can give me one much more expensive. he doesn’t care. so don’t I- 1 star review. and he dared to put me no show status.

Owner is friendly and helpful

Unfortunately many things were not working fine, shower giving electric shock, WC working really bad, bugs, etc

Running of a very helpfull Dom Rep - Austria couple. They give insider advice for tours, travelling etc. Would have been a great place to start my travelling trip in the Dom Rep. Unfortunatelly I found it not before my last days. Next time going there first.
