Pillow too small / thin

The staff are very helpful and very friendly. I needed to check in a bit later and they did everything to make it happen. Very nice staff!

The fact that other visitors did smoke in their rooms even the hotel is not a smoking hotel and there are a lot of signs showing smoking ist 🚫 . But the hotel manager was informed and he immediately reacted and tried his best.

Price and comfort are great.

I needed to leave at 8:00. Since the reception was closed at that point I called the service line who luckily told me I can leave the key in the room. I'll ask for protocol on returning key next time in advance :) There was a fridge, but it wasn't connected to electricity.

I was happy to get there, everything was acceptable for that price...

Perfect location if you want to visit the Hannover Messe.

Very small room for this huge amount of money. Everything was old, worn and broken.

Good beer garden at the rear of the property and the food was good

The hotel is on a very busy road. Had to close my windows at night. Lot of traffic noise. Next time I would try to book a room at the rear. Also, 14.50 Euros for what was simply a continental breakfast was a rip off. No cooked breakfast, not even a boiled egg, and no croissant.
