If you are looking for a total escape with just the sea and your novel, this is the property for you - but come prepared. The little “villas” are cute: a bedroom and a bathroom tastefully decorated and very clean. The blackout curtains are very effective so I had a good lie in! There are two properties VERY close together, but they are literally metres from the sea, which is swimmable as it is shallow for quite some distance. It’s not pebbly, so no beach shoes needed. There were enough sun loungers for guests and beach towels. The warung is immediately adjacent, so it feels as though the villas are attached to it. On a plus side, this means you can have your meals sat in front of your villa or at the warung. It was VERY quiet when I was there. Staff were very friendly. The best meal I had was the free breakfast. I had banana pancakes and these were delicious. WiFi was good. Hot water and the pressure was good. Fridge in room. Daily water. Daily clean.

There is NOTHING else around this property so you’re really limited to eating at the warung. The shop opposite was empty and stock was out of date. There is no Grab/Gojek, really. The warung menu was very small and very hard to understand as it was just Balinese names without explanation. The staff did a poor job of explaining it. In that instance, pictures would have helped. The warung is cheap, though. Food was fine, if a little bland. Ultimately, this is why I chose to move on. I wish I’d come prepared with deli items to keep in the fridge which is in the room. I would say that this property is expensive compared with others around it, and those in Lovina.

Restaurant attached does amazing grilled fish and mock tails served by happy staff. Room is comfortable and air con and wifi works well.

No pool unless staying in family room. Beach is tricky to access.

Amazing view of the ocean, really comfortable and romantic bungalow and very spacious. Private terrace with great views. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the food at the warung was delicious and the breakfast on our terrace was the best way to wake up. We would love to go back one day!

Spotlessly clean, brilliant private beachfront villas, on-site restaurant with a great vibe. Fabulous friendly, attentive, super helpful staff.

Nothing, we loved our stay there. The Booking.com listing shows a beautiful infinity pool, but does not make it clear that this is only for the use of the Luxury Villa occupants, and not available for the other 2 villas ie no pool for the Superior Villas which was a little disappointing.

The location was amazing right on the beach!

My wife and I loved Mojito beach villas , the management and staff were amazing, made us feel special, we really enjoyed swimming in the ocean, dining in the beautiful restaurant,loverly oceanfront villa , for us it simply doesn’t get any better, thank you all so much, and yes , see you soon.
