We stayed 14 nights at habitaciones samy. Julia was fantastic, very nice and always disponible. The room was very well equipped, clean, cozy, close to the beach, and quiet. A place to stay for sure in San pancho! Muchissimas gracias Julia!

The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. She had an umbrella I could use for the beach and also helped me navigate the buses.

Comfortable bed, fairly quiet for my stay. Location is good - it's above a tasty restaurant, just a 5-ish minute walk from the beach. It's a private home, not a hotel, and there's no bell outside to ring when you arrive, so when I first arrived I didn't know what to do, and had to go to a local cafe to go Wifi to send a WhatsApp message. So best if you try to get their WA in advance and coordinate on arrival time.

Could benefit from better pillows, and slightly better cleaning, especially in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location on the Main Street of San Pancho. Clean and nicely decorated bedroom (I had the one with the small balcony). Very comfortable bed (I slept really well). Fresh water and and tea provided. Lovely and kind host. Great value overall and I would go back again.

I loved my stay. The only thing I would let others know is that there can be a bit of noise at night if the couple of restaurants downstairs stay open late and from vehicles on the street but it quiets down by 12 / 1 am at the latest and with good earplugs there’s no problem.

Julia was the best. We had an issue with the hot water knob in the shower and she was on it immediately with her tools and fixed it right away. Perfectly located, nice room, we had a wonderful time!
