The place was clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything from my stay exceeded my expectations, I will gladly come back.

Nothing, all was great.

Located directly on the main road, maximum 10 minutes walk from the beach, enough distance from the bars and restaurants in the evening to have its peace and quiet. There is a lot of storage space, large bed, own mini fridge and bathroom with natural stone floor. Very pleasant that you can help yourself to a water dispenser at any time and also make tea.

The view, but since you can go directly to the beach and only stay in the room to sleep and rest, perfectly fine.

Kitchen

The noise of the main street. Loud music and drinking from the neighbors. Also the owner a couple of days was making a lot of noise and said he had to go to work. And started making a lot of noise while I was inside the studio Apt and he was outside working on the walls by the stairs that went upstairs and he was like hitting on the walls. I was staying downstairs. I finally had to leave a couple of days because of the noise whatever he was doing and working on. I got stressed and got a bad headache. He was kind of rude I thought. His wife was nice and helpful if I needed something like clean towels and toilet paper, most of the time I would recommend staying elsewhere busy street noise all hours of the day and night. Sorry I'm 70 and I was looking for a much quieter place. Sincerely LV

The place is super cute, well decorated and there is plenty of closet space. There are some pretty nice restaurants very close from the appartment and reasonable walking time to the beach (about 10 min). The host is easy to join and very helpful to accomodate us.

The room we had was directly by a principal road so it was noisy even by night. I would say it's ok for people who have deep sleep or will spend a short amount of nights.

it was very loud at night in the room with the Balcony which was facing the Main Street

It is a very cute, small room in the middle of San Pancho. The host, Julia, is extremely friendly!
