Property Notes

Please note that the property does not have electricity but all appliances and lighting are run by a solar cell. An oil lamp is offered in each guestroom. Guests can reach the property by train or by car. By train from Bangkok - Take the train from Thonburi Station, Bangkok to Nam Tok Railway Station, Kanchanaburi. Taxi service from the train station to the resort is available at an additional charge and can be paid directly at the resort. By car from Amphoe Sri Sawat - Take the ferry at Hauy Mae Kamin Waterfall to the resort. The ferry ride takes about 20 minutes. Please note that the provided fan will be turned on from 20:00 - 05:00 hrs daily. Please be informed that in the property area, only the local mobile phone network AIS can be used.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"Exceptional"

This place was something else. Perfect food (we really liked the fish with garlic and coconut soup), very nice hosts, you can take a canoe for free and go and try spotting wild elephants (we did not succeed haha). A lot of plants, nice interior, everythinf you need is there. Thank you!!

The place is a bit far away, but the host will help you with the taxi. The distance is worth it!

- everything! - clean - tasty food - friendly owner

- expensive transport to reach the property (taxi from Namtok 1500 baht). There is one per day public bus going from there to Kanchanaburi (100 baht), ask owner for details

"My mind and heart are still over there!"

We enjoyed every little things about this place, canoe on a mirror water surrounded by the mountains, homemade food, resting in the hamak, yoga on the pontoon, swimming in the lake, just beautiful memories there. ❤️

The resort set up, very authentic, beautif scenery, loved the nature. Quiet, free kayak, pick up at the ferry, lots of relaxing area, love the plants all around.

Location was absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing, Eak was so helpful booking our taxi to and from the accommodation. Pon our taxi driver even took us to Erawan and River Kwae bridge on the way back to Kanchanaburi. Good mobile signal too. Very chilled vibe throughout the day with swimming and kayaks available. Food was also brilliant.

"Would give 100/10 if we could"

We stayed with Eak and his family for 2 nights and we wish we stayed longer. His place was so incredibly beautiful and peaceful, and he and his family’s hospitality was unmatched. You will absolutely not regret staying here, it was by far our favourite place we stayed in Thailand. It does get warm at night however it was manageable and we still slept fine. Don’t let this turn you off.

"Beautiful but very basic"

The location is fabulous and the atmosphere pretty special. I loved the setting too. But it was pretty uncomfortable for me as a light sleeper. great canoe trip on the water

The rooms are tiny, the mosquito net has many holes and above all it's really difficult to sleep if next door people are just speaking at normal level.
