the cottage and surroundings was stunning, the recommendations of places to visit in the area was helpful, the use of a kitchen and extra facilities was appreciated and the host was charming 🤗He made sure that we were welcome, comfortable and informed.

The lack of space to wash dishes and the lack of the means to wash up and dry dishes in Olive Grove cottage was frustrating. Fortunately the host, Washington, provided an alternative solution. 😊

From the moment we arrived at Olive Grove Cottage, we were met with the warmest and friendliest welcome from Washington, who immediately made us feel at home – even offering us a lovely glass of wine to start our stay on the perfect note. The cottage itself is styled to absolute perfection – every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The décor is exquisite, combining comfort and elegance in a way that feels both luxurious and inviting. From the warm fireplace to the sherry waiting for a cozy evening, and all the other small, thoughtful touches, everything contributed to an unforgettable experience. Set in the heart of Koringberg, this little haven is surrounded by the beauty of nature – peaceful olive groves, fragrant lemon trees, abundant vegetable gardens, and scenic, manicured gardens. The setting is pure tranquillity, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We had an amazing experience at this beautiful establishment and truly can’t wait to return. Olive Grove Cottage is a place where every moment feels special, and it’s one of those rare gems you simply don’t want to leave.
