"Perfect cozy stay in an ideally located guest house"

Really can’t fault Annis House. It felt like a home away from home! So cozy, clean, and ideally located. I am a solo traveller and was made to feel so welcome and safe despite being in an entirely new place. The host, Nina, was so so unbelievably kind in every respect and really happy to help with anything she can to make sure you have a lovely stay in Skiathos. It was perfect - thank you!

Honestly none. I can’t believe how quiet it was despite being literally a 3 min walk from the Main Street in Skiathos. Really excellent.

The location is great. Just around the corner from the main area of restaurants and shops.

The view from the room was non-existent. Shade was down all the time which hid the building opposite (thankfully).
