The one bed place was perfect, clean and cosy. Lovely garden.

Very nice place and good communication despite the fact that the owners only speak hungarian.

A little bit of stress with the cash payment, because no time for withdrawal from an ATM before arrival. Good to know that there is an unexpected ATM very closeby, neaar AVAR hotel :).

Very quiet and secure place. The owner didn't speak English but she was very nice Perfect location. There were Everything you need in self-contained accommodation.

Absolutely perfect place, close to the centre of Mátrafüred but very calm, with a pleasant garden, and of course with all the Mátra on your doorstep. The host is always ready to help with absolutely anything you may need. The flat is comfortable, well heated and well isolated, good wi-fi - everything you may need.

the cosy atmosphere and central location to hiking treks

Nice and cozy accommodation for a very reasonable price. We were greeted by a lovely lady and despite we could not speak same language, we had no problems communicating. We arrived on a cold December evening and the weather was rather miserable, the room however was warm and comfortable. Soundproofing was good, the rain was lashing outside, but inside we could not hear a thing. Bed was perfect for our liking, if you like sleeping on a firm mattress you are up for a treat. The location is very good, in a quiet town (at least in December), hiking trail to Kekes starts just couple of steps away. Parking is available on site. Overall the place met our expectations

Couple of small tweaks would improve the comfort. Water condensates on the pipe under the ceiling and occasionally drips on the bed. Also toilet flush needs a bit of attention as water continuesly drains from the tank. While quite unnoticeable during a day, the sound causes a bit of discomfort at night
