El ingreso esta iluminado y el hotel también, dentro de las instalaciones hay hamacas, piscina, billar, todo muy completo

Decia que tenia parqueo privado y realmente no lo es, a pesar de todo no le paso nada al carro

La atención del personal, el desayuno, las camas super cómodas.

Ni siquiera pude ver porque una hora antes durante el viaje con mi familia veo el mensaje de cancelación, sin siquiera llamarme a mi celular

The pool was great and the lighting is really cosy. The atmosphere is relaxing during the days and the grandpa that helps out there was really lovely.

We were charged an extra $30USD in taxes when we arrived, despite paying all taxes in the price included on booking.com. this appears to be their standard practice which we think is extremely poor. You cant make up additional taxes and charge people without them knowing upon booking. This is extremely misleading and deceitful. They also took money from us and said they had no change, even though we saw plenty of people buying drinks and giving small change. We never even received our change from them so we felt like they were just money hungry people. The breakfast was ok on the first few mornings, but our last morning felt like they had run out of food and were not prepared. We received a small peice of toast and a tiny blob of butter and jam. This was very inconsistent. There is also a very bad smell in their pipes so the room smelt really awful the whole time we were there. It's an overpowering smell and desperately needs to be fixed.

La amabilidad del dueño, las instalaciones, la piscina, la vista desde la cabaña superior, el desayuno, nos sentimos muy a gusto durante nuestra estadía

Hay que caminar unos 7 minutos para la playa, pero no es problema, es alejado del bullicio del centro de Montañita.
