Very friendly and helpful hosts nice fireplace in front of cottage close to Stepantsminda (approx. 10-15mins by car) with shops, restaurants etc.

The property has ample space both inside and outside the cottage and it is a peaceful stay in a tiny village of Sioni. We could see stars at night and sitting outside on the deck of the studio apartment, you can see the mountain peaks all around the area.

We were asked to light the bonfire ourselves when we requested for it, although they provided us the wood etc.

The host were welcoming and helpful, cottages were clean and ready on our arrival. Location is just about 15-20min to the main market area with quite a few restaurants and supermarkets. View from the room was breathtaking, waking up to the beautiful mountains with a view of Mount kazbek. I would recommend having ur own vehicle during your visit to make it easier to commute.

They did not put the heater and it was cold

It was nice place for us to relax with an amazing view. Good breakfast was provided at an additional price. Staff very friendly.

Bed was uncomfortable and kitchen was not equipped for cooking except for the oven.

The hosts are very lovely people.
