The location & cleanness. Khatund is extremely nice. She upgraded me with private bathroom, & fixed the shower right after I informed her.

Super bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die mir ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gegeben haben. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine herrliche Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge und sogar die Trinity Church kann man von dort schon sehen. Einen Pluspunkt gibt es für die unglaublich süße Katze! 🥰

Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig.

Host was great. There is a comfortable living room where we can find our break with some coffee & tea, chocolate and organic apples. Also we can prepare our light dinner here because it's raining. We had an experience for small talking and sharing with other tourists from different countries. Perfect location for carrying 15 kgs bag pack to find the hose. Very close to bus station from/to Tbilisi, Supermarket and restaurants. Very nice Trinity Church Cathedral view from house's balcony.

"Great value guesthouse in heart of Stepantsminda"

Brilliant value and good location close to restaurants and shops. Friendly host and simple but clean room. Appreciated the fresh towels in the morning.

The bathroom was a little prone to flooding. Also was a little disappointed that there was no breakfast option available (we would have been happy to pay extra) as had read about this in other reviews

Hyggelig vertskap, stort rom, flott utsikt til MT. Kazbeg.

Rommene trenger en oppgradering, spesielt badene. Senga er ikke behagelig, vi sov ikke spesielt godt i dem. Det er også svært lytt ut til gangen og mellom rommene.
