Everything is new, clean and in perfect working order, quiet and comfortable, rooms of this quality with private bathroom is a steal at these rates. Get them while the price lasts. 20 min uphill from center, but this is a bonus for me as it has great views and peace and quiet. A few good restaurants nearby. Also a very very nice kitchen/common area and terrace.

Although the rooms are soundproof, the 3 bed room downstairs has access almost direct from the common area and you can still hear everything from the common area through the door (or rather under it), even if people are relatively quiet.
