"Cheap, good, right on the camino"

It was a good price for a private room on the Camino. The owner was so nice to lend me his charger after I explained I had a problem charging my phone. Regarding the rooms: the bed was comfy, there was a tv in the room, nice shower. Perfect for a stop at the camino, especially if you are moving on the next day as this place is right on the Calle de Camino.

I wish I had researched the address better as this place is yes right on the Camino, but it also is a 45 min walk out of / past the town centre of Ponferrada. I would pick a place closer to town if I wanted to experience Ponferrada in the evening.

Walking the Camino, it was far from old town, so unable to hang out there. On the other hand, close to laundromat and market. When we started in am, it was easy to hook back up to trail, having a headstart for the day.

It was OK. A bit our of town but by walking along the main road close to the Pension, you meet up with the Camino again.

No plug fir the bath...which was not much more than a deep shower tray.7
