Helpful staff, decent location and on-site parking. Also the design of the place is decent.

Minor quality things were not so nice, but given the price it is a minor negative. The road in front of the hotel is also busy, so the few rooms on the road side can be noisy in the evening. Breakfast was not special, so I would skip it if I stayed here again.
