Great location as we could easily walk down to the Lake Hayes circuit walk, which was a highlight of our stay - on a beautiful crisp winter morning. A quick drive to get to Arrowtown and also a convenient location for a visit to Queenstown. The cottage was CUTE! It was warm and welcoming and a great place to unwind and relax. I loved the little glass window showing the construction of the tussock cottage. I enjoyed the outdoor chairs for a spot of reading in the afternoon sun, tucked out of the breeze. It's definitely a place to get away from it all.

Nothing of significance. One thing is that the bedroom had a big sofa that took up space, where we could have used a storage space for bags instead. The sofa just became draped with clothes and bags as it was right by the entrance to the cottage. (Some people may like that convenience).

The Host was awesome thanks Lee for being a nice and bubbly host. Cookies are amazing love it very much.

The cottage was much bigger then we exepected! It was beautifully comfortable and well decorated! The attached garden also allowed us to have a great time to lounge in the sun, and play music!

It's further from the city, so would require a car to get to and from Queenstown.

We attended a wedding at Stoneridge Estate, and Tussock Cottage was the perfect location to stay. A pleasant and comfortable accommodation, with welcoming hosts and delicious plums from the garden. Thank you!
