Das Apartment liegt in sehr ruhiger Innenstadt Lage abseits der Straße. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Ich konnte schon gegen Mittag einziehen. Nahe allen interessanten Locacions in der Stadt. Parkhaus nebenan.

Da localização

O quarto estava imundo,a casa de banho uma lástima,teias de aranhas em todo o lado,muito pó,precisa de trocar a cama com urgência,lençol roto,cobertas cheias de nódoas amarelas.

"Keine Empfehlung, zu teuer für das was man da bekommt."

Zentrale Lage, Fussgängerzone ist in wenigen Geh-Minuten erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Empfehlung Parkhaus "Stadtmitte" für 12,- Euro am Tag. Kontakt zum Vermieter (ausschließlich per Mail über Booking.com) war okay, Ein- und Auschecken lief problemlos.

Hauseingang und Aufzug sind sehr abgenutzt und machen einen schäbigen Eindruck. Es riecht muffig. Im Zimmer (Sroom 119) hat es sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das ist für einen Nichtraucher eine Zumutung und ein NoGo, da das Zimmer als "Nichtraucher"-Zimmer angeboten wird. Das Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, es gibt im Zimmer keine vernünftigen Ablageflächen. Das Bad ist klein, bietet aber alles. Der Rauchmelder hat alle 30 Minuten gepiepst, da offensichtlich die Batterie "low" ist. Das Zimmer ist generell sauber, dennoch hängen verstaubte Spinnweben an der Decke. Der Preis für das was man bekommt ist einfach zu hoch. 30,- Euro pro Nacht wären realistischer. Ich werde es sicherlich nicht mehr buchen. Wegen dem Rauch-Geruch im Zimmer gibt es leider nur 3 Punkte.
