Our room was named ' Garden room'. It was the only room type available at the time. It is however not in a garden but on the lower floor of the house. There are some plants and the way to the room is coverd, which is helpful in the wet conditions While there was also a dehumidifier working hard, it was still a bit cold and damp in the room. The wood stove helped. The comfy beds were helpful. There are other rooms on the upper floor, which are really nice. So if at all possible try to book one of those.

Schade haben wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht. Bei soviel Herzlichkeit und schönen Räumen fällt es schwer weiter zu ziehen. Kurz gesagt, es war ein kurzer wunderbarer Traum. Wir haben es genossen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin. Dies Lokalität würden wir immer wieder wählen

Dit is de meest artistieke verblijf die we gehad hebben in Sri Lanka. De eigenaresse heeft veel talent en heeft met veel zorg en aandacht het verblijf gemaakt tot wat het nu is. Daarnaast is ze een geweldige host die haar taak serieus neemt en je voorziet van service, comfort en tips. Het verblijf is heel mooi, zeer comfortabel en superschoon (dat laatste is namelijk geen vanzelfsprekendheid in Sri Lanka). Tot slot wordt je iedere ochtend voorzien van een uitgebreid, verrassend en heerlijk ontbijt!

Niets, het is jammer dat we slechts 1 nacht hier verbleven.

Quirky, which we really liked. Rooms were clean and very cosy bed and bedding. Fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and a little fire too. Lovey HUGE breakfast. Heidi and her neice were lively and full of information and knowledge.

We liked it all.
