Geluksdam Guest House

The architecture and atmosphere was quaint and very Northern Cape. Loved the hospitality! Bedding (sheets, blankets and pillows) was superb. Tea and coffee making facilities were good. Open view worked well on the TV. The room is equipped with a DC -powered backup light and a torch which was thoughtful. The wall heater worked wonderfully and warmed the room quickly. Parking was convenient and safe.

The units were tightly packed together so much so that I could literally hear my neighbour in the bathroom. That was really awful. The Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach my room (No. 10). Perhaps the Wi-Fi may be restricted to only the dining area?

It was very easy to find and on the main road of the town. They were very helpful as it was a last minute booking and all was confirmed and a room was ready for us on arrival. It is a very quaint little place with lots of different decorations and art to see. Very unique!!1

There wasn't anything we didn't like as all was exactly what we needed for the 1 night's stay. The room was cozy and had all we needed - a warm comfy bed, bathroom and tea & coffee station.

The breakfast was excellent, location easy to find with safe parking. I will definitely stay there again. Friendly host made it even better!

So welcoming ,clean with super friendly staff . Made up the best Oxtail we have ever eaten for supper . An excellent over night stop . We will be back

The property has beautiful buidlings and waiting area, the garden is very beautiful and has nice benches to sit outside. We had a great lunch outside of our room under the trees and the cool environment made our stay more special.

It is very difficult to state what can be better because this place is amazing. Although I could wait in the waiting room, but they were busy painting, but the gentleman painting made me feel more welcome.
