Galapagos Dove

The lady owning the place is just probably the most genuinely kind person we've met in the Galápagos. Always really helpful she help us book the ferry to Isabela and had the ticket brought to us, we asked her to try one coconut from her garden and she opened one for us. We could leave our backpacks there after check out and once back she let us quickly shower and change our clothes. The rooms are modest, but perfect for the price, have everything you need (included a fan). You can rent snorkel gear for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

About 20 minutes on foot from the center, but by taxi for 1,5$ you can go everywhere in town.

Clean, comfortable, a nice kitchen and outdoor area, drinking water and fresh bananas provided and a very nice host.

The hostel is quite far from town - a 20+ minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay! The walk to town is very manageable and we appreciated daily room service. The kitchen seemed well-equipped and the owner was kind and responsive.

No air conditioning was a little difficult but the fans in the room are very good and powerful!

Nice garden - kitchen available - lovely people who own it. The perfect place to spend a night or two.

The location was slightly far from the bus (20 minute walk). No AC which can make it slightly uncomfortable when it's hot - the owners gave us a second fan to help :)

Clean place, very friendly staff, good vibes. The place is located at a quiet corner of the town and the city center is reachable by foot within 10 minutes. I would recommend this place to friends and come here again.

Wifi is very fast in the kitchen area and where most of the rooms are, but at the one room we had (left side of the reception) it was unusably slow and so weak that our devices dropped out from time to time.

Lovely courtyard garden to sit in with a well equipped shared kitchen. Free chilled water always available. Christina was really friendly and always there to help with anything. Good cheap local restaurants nearby. Quiet and peaceful area away from the main tourist centre.

Wifi was excellent, its notoriously bad throughout the Galapagos so if its something you need for your stay, this is the place.

We loved the location. It is situated at just a 10-minute walk from the city centre and the area is very calm and safe. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was always clean and organized.
