"Exceptional"

Beautiful family run hotel with the nicest staff who can't do enough to help. Lovely rooms with every detail thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Clean pool. Fantastic restaurant run by AJ who's food is incredible. Amazing value for money. Looking forward to returning.

The room was comfortable . Clean. And kept clean. Owner was always available to help with any queries I had food was good staff were great I would happily go back

Mosquitoes but that is Goa for you

"A nice place to stay in Goa."

Loved my stay here. The place is clean and beautiful and within the reach of the beautiful beaches of Goa. Roy is an excellent host. He took care of everything and was always available for everything. The food at Ajay's cafe was also really good. Loved aalu paratha. He was very kind and also available during non-working hours.

The property was great. The rooms and buildings had a nice layout around lush beautiful gardens. The swimming pool was nice. Restaurant 10 seconds from our back porch.

It was exactly what I would hoped for.
