The decor and how comfortable it was.

The outside could use a revamp. Maybe some aircon as well would be nice.

Self catering. The location is perfect, near the Izinkwazi Boardwalk mall. Youbcan actually walk to the mall, its a 15-20 minute walk. The WIFI was perfect even in bad weather. The lady working there welcomed us with warmth. The kitchen was very clean. Room service was perfect, done everyday.

The door had a broken lever mortice lockbody. It was not fitting well on the door frame and would make noise the whole night because of airflow. I had to use a folded piece of paper to tighten it. Main bedroom light wasn't working, we depended on the headboard side lamp. A fan was provided since the air conditioning wss also not working. Alcohol regulation needs to be enforced. We couldn't sleep on our day 2 because of the couple next to our room. They stayed up until 1 am, drinking, talking out loud. The shower had a missing glass, as the results, there would be a lot of water outside the shower after bathing. The toilet flush button is another issue, you cannot use if you have extended or artificial nails.

The building is old please do some renovations

The guy staying should give guest space, not crowd them give them space unless his required

The place was clean and stuff was friendly

There's no privacy. You could here everything from the next room
