Location and food were good

Arrived at the property at 5 pm after walking the napoleon route. No one at reception, I asked 2 staff who just ignored me. I had to wait at the bar to ask again, the barman shouted in the back and a girl came out , no apologies for the long delay , at this stage 6 other guest group were also waiting. It was 6pm before we got to the room. Only one hand towel in total provided for our group of four, when I asked at reception the lady apologised and said they would send them up but they never came.

Everything was absolutely great. The dinner was excellent, plenty of choice & good value for money. Breakfast was equally good. We had a really enjoyable stay

Nothing, considering this hotel was out in the sticks!
