Staff were nice. Shower worked well.

Room was tiny. Only 1 electrical outlet (behind the bed) in the main room. Only 2 small tables to put things. Very cramped. Room could have been much cleaner. Pool looked very dirty - murky water. Construction workers started their jobs around 7:30am each day - extremely loud.

The garden is really nice, also the rooms are nicely decorated. They also offer the jacuzzi in the evenings which was very relaxing. Excellent for having a time in family.

The hostal was very confortable, spacious and the staff was nice and attentive. They have a garage which we could use at any time.

The staff was adorable and the place very cosy and peaceful, everything made to make you feel relaxed and forget about your worries 😁

Only thing maybe would be a lack of ventilation in the bathroom

The breakfast was delicious, and the property, with its garden, quite beautiful. I found the staff friendly and attentive. I was especially pleased by the hammock on my balcony and access to the outdoor pool below.

Don't like to complain (and I didn't), but the music played by the cement workers was a bit loud and somewhat interrupted my peace and tranquility. Not really their fault, but the next time I come (possibly late next year), I'd prefer to arrive at a time when work isn't under way.

The location is a quick one block walk from all the action surrounding the main plaza park in Vilcabamba. The included continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The patio is lovely with lots of sun, places to sit, plants and ceramic work. There is a pretty pool. The staff is very friendly and accomdating.

The room size was adequate but could be bigger for the size of the bed. The only electrical outlet I could find was in the bathroom.
