I had a great stay. Karen is very warm and welcoming. I felt very much at home. Karen went the extra mile to contact me to let me know I had left one of my bags behind and kept it safe for me till I could collect it later.

I would have liked aircon, but I knew there wasn't any when I booked. There was nothing else I found that was not up to standard.
