Spot on, bed was comfier than my bed at home, beautiful view of the garden, modern deco, super comfy carpet, TV equipped with Netflix etc so no messing. Loved it here. Will be back!

"Great little base"

Clean, comfortable property just what we needed for one night stay. Plenty of parking and only 10 mins walk in to the centre. Birthday banner on the door for my partner which was a nice touch also.

Room was so warm and spacious. Parking not a problem. Shower hot, large and powerful. Self check-in was very easy. Location quiet and just a short stroll from amenities.

Easy check in. Good host communication. Easy to find. Very clean and bed was very comfy. Tea & coffee facilities in the room were good. Radiator worked very quickly and the room was nice and warm. Nice hot shower and fluffy towels.

Took about 20 mins to walk home from Bowness centre. The property is just room only so there were no common areas which is fine if you’re not in a group. We stayed for New Year’s Eve so the price was inevitably very expensive. I don’t think it warranted the amount that we paid to be honest but it was the cheapest option available.
