Tipico Suite

It was beyond expectation a true trulli house, newly renovated with a beautiful staircase to the upper floor bathroom (also an extra bed). It came with a shared living room and kitchen (just one neighbour for the living room and kitchen) and a magnificent roof terrace. The trullo was situated right in that Unesco world heritage site of Alberobello. The reception quickly and efficiently explained lots to know about the bungalow and where to go for dinner etc.

Close to center of Trulli village, room size and patio was nice.

Parking situation was difficult to figure out and not very well explained. Cost to park was 10$ per nite. Way to many people with all the tour buses.

On pensait avoir réservé un studio avec terrasse (comme la photo qui m’a été envoyé) cependant on s’est retrouvé dans une cave sans fenêtre.. le propriétaire met la même photo pour ces 4 locations (donc annonce mensongère) heureusement booking a réagi très vite, le soir même on nous proposait un autre appartement (au dessus d’un restaurant donc très bruyant jusqu’à pas d’heure, il n’y avait pas de rideaux aux fenêtres de la salle de bain, le locataire d’en face nous voyait prendre notre douche et aller aux toilettes…) et puis au 2ème étage avez des escaliers très difficiles à monter.;.;;après appel téléphonique de notre part ils nous ont ramené le lendemain un rideau…on partait le lendemain.

We don’t have control of the heated floor, have to request the front desk via WhatsApp got cold at night in early May.

Dans un trulli, au cœur du quartier à voir absolument. Idéal pour voyager en petit groupe , il y a une salle commune équipée, une terrasse, les chambres / trulli y ont accès tout en gardant une totale autonomie. Très atypique forcément, pour une nuit dans un endroit véritablement unique.

Le Check in se fait dans un autre endroit, mais c’est à 5 mn à pied. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans un restaurant a proximité, mais même offert, c’est très moyen.
